If I Am Over 70 Can I Hire A Car In France?
It’s a worry for many that anyone over the age of 70 won’t be able to hire, however this is only with a selected few companies and we are not one of them. We assure you if you are over 70 and are looking for a car in France (given that you are under 99) we can supply you with a vehicle. Some further information can be found here.
Can I Hire A Car In The UK And Take It To France?
You must make us aware that you are going to do this but yes you can. We can allow for cross border hire from the UK to France but it will involve extra costs, you will however have to call us to find out because these costs vary, but don’t worry we will always try and find the best price!
Is There A No Deposit Deal In France?

Can You Rent A Car In France With Points On Your Licence?

Do You Do Van Hire In France?
Unfortunately we don’t do van hire directly in France. You can however if you live in the UK hire a van here and drive it to France as long as you return it back to the Uk, however this does include Luton Vans as they aren’t allowed abroad.
What Documents Do I Need To Hire A Car In France
To hire a car in France you must have your Licence, Passport and a Credit or Visa Debit Card

What Are The France Road Regulations?
In France you are required by law to carry a reflective jacket, breathalyser, warning triangle (for every car that has 4 wheels or more), Headlamp beam deflectors and motorcyclists must wear safety helmets. You can find more detail on the very useful Rac page.
I’ve already booked a car in France can I add an additional extra?
Yes that’s not an issue at all, when you arrive at your location that you have booked at the desk you will be given the option of adding an additional extra. Further information on additional extras can be found here.
I booked a car in France but haven’t gotten my confirmation letter?
We often have an issue with confirmation letter especially so if you have a Google email address as we often get filtered into spam. If you can’t find it once you have checked your spam/junk then please call us on +44 (0)113 880 0748 so we can ensure that you get this.
I need to amend my dates and times for my France hire car, how do I do this?
Given that you have booked with us of course then we can amend your dates and times as long as its 48 hours before your booking. This is completely free of any cost but to do this you will have to contact us directly, the quickest method being by calling us on +44 (0)113 880 0748.
What do I do in the event of a breakdown?
Car’s breakdown it happens and sometimes there isn’t much you can do about this. In the event of a breakdown you are covered, the best way to go about it is contacting us directly and we will contact the company on your behalf. There are times when a breakdown is free but there are also times when it costs, for further details click this link.
Can I extend my rental in France?
That’s not an issue at all, given that the car is available when you want to extend if for of course. The charge however may change which is dependent on the prices at the time you extend, if it just so happens that the vehicle you are in is booked out and you can’t extend it then we will work hard to find you an alternative.
