Inclusive Rentals From Toyota
We can now offer an inclusive package deal from the fleet at Toyota. These are guaranteed model vehicles and at fantastic all inclusive prices. All you need to do is add fuel, all prices include:
- Tax, where applicable
- Comprehensive insurance, Cdw
- Road fund licence
- 150 miles per day

Weekend rates are for 3 day rentals from Friday to Monday. 72 Hours Maximum.
Low Insurance Excess
The insurance excess for all available vehicles is £500.00. This is the maximum amount that you would be liable for should any damage occur. You will be asked to leave a £250.00 rental deposit using your payment card, and this will be refunded in full when the vehicle is returned.
Fair Fuel Policy
Our supplier works on a like for like basis for the fuel. This basically means that you are expected to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that was in it when it collected, be it 1/4 tanks, 1/2 tank or a full tank. If for some reason you are unable to do this, then their re-fuelling charge is pretty fair too. They will charge the UK average price plus 50p per litre. This can be calculated on the fleet news website.
Payment Options
Our supplier will accept payments from both credit and debit cards, making them one of the few in the country that do. If you do not hold a credit card then in most cases you are limited but not here.

Nationwide Delivery
Delivery and collection is available at a set cost of £5 each way for those within 25 miles (5 miles if inside the M25) of the rental office location. For those further away, a charge of 75p per mile is applied. So someone 50 miles away from an office not within the M25 would have to pay £23.75 to have the vehicle delivered and the same again to be collected.
Delivery is only available if the paperwork can be completed and payment taken over the phone beforehand.
Available For Young Drivers
Ordinarily, if you are under 25 you will find it quite difficult to hire a car in the UK without a hefty daily surcharge. With our Toyota supplier, we can offer all of the above to drivers aged 21 and over with just a daily charge of £5.00. This is very low compared to most suppliers.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Jacob at indigo helped get the best option for us, helping myself avoid the young driver surcharge which many other companies wanted to charge.
