I never leave reviews but I had to for this as the service was excellent. Spoke to someone called Matt, he organised the car hire and took the payment over the phone via debit card. All went through, arrived in Switzerland and could take the car via the voucher provided. He was very clear in his instructions not to take additional cover as he had already included that - so said, so done. Wonderful trip and easy access to the car.
