I recently had to organize a car for my 19 year old daughter and her 19 year old boyfriend travelling to Murcia. As they only had recently obtained credit cards with a limit of 300, we needed to use a debit card supplier which Indigo found for us,( OK car hire at Murcia airport).
They were fantastic and the guy there spent a good half an hour with my daughters' boyfriend practicing in the car in their car park and helping with practical information such as loading the SATNAV with all their destinations, and advising how to pay motorway tolls, as it was their first time driving abroad. They had a great holiday with no issues. So a BIG thanks to all involved at Indigo and OK cars. It's rare for me to write a review but I made an exception as the service was above and beyond. Excellent.
I have a debit card and travel to Murcia yearly to train for my motocross season. I first used these guys last year and spoke to Rob Selby who walked me through absoloutly everything and set it all up for me. Upon arriving, it was all ready waiting for me and was spot on! Could not of asked for better customer service and ease of help. I am now booking again with Rob Selby, it's nice to see that 15 months later I'm talking to the same guy and STILL has the same eagerness to help me out and even knew what I hired, when I hired it and who I went with (I think the computer helped him with that, but nice all the same!) Hopefully next year I won't get Rob due to him getting a deserved promotion!

There are 3 kiosks at Murcia for car hire.i didn't see any business at the other 2 .there was a queue at gold car.nothing at the others.only saying what I've seen first hand.dont get me wrong,the queue was no problems whatsoever.that's the price of good business,your very popular !! Good stuff.
