Looking for a car to take us away for a week's break, I looked up local car hire firms and somehow found Indigo. Ringing the given number I ended up talking to someone in Leeds which made me feel instantly at home. She was so helpful and the hire price was amazing. The service at King's Cross was a little slower than it might have been but we weren't worried. Then Sixt offered us an upgrade by way of an apology which was really unexpected.
The car was brand new and spotless and the staff were as nice when we came back as they had been when we hired the car.

I only discovered indigo by chance but I am so glad I did. Making the booking with a really cheerful agent in Leeds went well and this was matched by the staff at Kings Cross too.
