I want to express my opinion regarding one of your employees. His name is Joshua Dickenson, he helped me with a car hire. After chatting with him earlier this week, I asked him to ring me at 10AM on Saturday (today). He rang me a couple of minutes before, perfectly punctual!! He booked the rental and he did this in an efficient and professional manner. He eliminated the stress from the entire process. Always cordial, pleasant, knowledgeable and he went out of his way to make sure that at the end I was happy with everything.
Customers have a tendency to complain too often and too many employees are taken for granted. In turn, this negativity promotes more negativity and employees react by doing their jobs poorly, and eventually costing the company future business. But in Joshua's case, he is an asset to Indigo Carhire, his attitude and competency will promote an excellent reputation on social media, word of mouth etc... therefore, when raise time comes along, please remember this email and his merit.
