Can I Hire A Car In Spain Without A Credit Card?
Yes you can, we have several locations within Spain in which we can offer an alternative payment option. This alternative is a Visa Debit Card, if you have one of these then you shouldn’t have an issue but remember, don’t book online! For more information click this link.

I’m 20, Do You Do Young Driver Car Hire In Spain?
We can happily announce that we do, we often help people under the age of 25 get a car worldwide, the lowest age we can arrange is in fact 20. You need to have held your licence for a year, if you want all the information about young driver car hire in Spain please click this link.

Can I Drive A Rental Car In Spain If I Have Had A Previous Disqualification?
Yes you can as long as you have had your licence back, however this is only the case in Spain and it’s different for all other countries.

Can I Hire A Car In Spain If I’m Over 70?
This isn’t an issue at all, we can allow for anyone up until the age of 99 to hire. Some companies don’t allow senior drivers, but we aren’t one of them.

Can You Arrange One Way Car Hire In Spain?
We certainly can throughout the whole country, there is a fee involved with this but we will keep it to an absolute minimum.

Can I hire a car in Spain without a credit card?

Yes you can, Visa Debit cards are accepted in several Spanish locations please see here.

What is the minimum age to hire a car in Spain?

The minimum young driver car hire age in Spain is 18 years old to hire a car. If you want more information see here.

Can you get a car hire in Spain with a DR10 or IN10?

Yes this is available, all you need to do is contact us directly. If you are banned at the time however you will not be allowed to hire.

Can you hire with a Visa Electron in Spain?

Unfortunately not we only accept Visa Debits and Credit Cards.

Can you hire a car in Spain if you are over 70?

Yes definitely, our maximum hire age is 99.

Can you hire a car in Spain without a large deposit?

Yes we have no deposit car hire available in most Spain locations.

I’ve already booked a car in Spain can I add an additional extra?

We can arrange this, once you arrive to pick up your car you can request an extra then and there often, depending on the extras availability they will be able to provide you with it, if you want further information please click here.

I booked a car in Spain but haven’t gotten my confirmation letter?

We often have an issue with confirmation letter especially so if you have a Google email address as we often get filtered into spam. If you can’t find it once you have checked your spam/junk then please call us on +44 (0)113 880 0748 so we can ensure that you get this.

I need to amend my dates and times for my Spain hire car, how do I do this?

As long as its 48 hours before your rental date then we are able to amend your dates and times for you but in order to do this you need to contact us directly by the telephone number on the top right of the page.

What do I do in the event of a breakdown?

Can I extend my rental in Spain?

We can allow you to extend your rental just give us a call, however sometimes on occasions you may have to take the car back and swap it over for a similar car. This is because they may have booked it out for another customer.

I was struggling to hire a car for my holiday in Northern Ireland with just a debit card. I tried Indigo car hire. They were very prompt in responding to my email. After a few emails & sorting out what I required, a booking was made. I got back from my week holiday last night & everything was better than I could have expected. Do I need to pass a credit check if using my debit card to hire?

If renting a car in the UK and you are a UK resident most of the large multinational suppliers will carry out an electronic address check to ensure you have strong enough links to the address provided. However most of the suppliers with the exception of 1 or 2, still carry out the same checks so not unique to when you need to hire via a debit card. Key indicator are if you are named on the Electoral Register and named on the council tax bill.

When renting a car overseas as an inbound client our suppliers do not carry out any checks.

Do I need to leave a deposit if hiring with a debit card?

Most suppliers do require a security deposit when renting a car, in the UK we have a range of options. The best value suppliers would request a £200.00 – £300.00 deposit. However we do have selected locations where our supplier does not require any deposit, so a full zero deposit.

In Europe we have options where you can just leave a fuel deposit of 110 EUR, and there is no mandatory requirement to take the Super Cover as this can be the case with some of the smaller budget suppliers.
