                Car Hire Oslo Airport

As the leading airport in Norway, it stands to reason as to why. Whilst this is the perfect spot to start if you’re planning to visit the capital of Oslo, you also have the potential to visit a variety of local towns on the way. This can most easily be accessed with a car hire in Oslo airport which will provide just a half hour ride from the airport and city centre.

                Debit Card Car Hire

Finding a decent deal without a credit card is often an arduous process. Quite frankly, it’s an effort you shouldn’t have to put in. So leave that to us. It is Indigo’s personal obligation to ensure you enjoy your trip to its fullest. We can help with this by providing a debit card car hire and giving you the flexibility to travel how you want. It is however important that you contact us beforehand so that we can properly arrange this service for you.

Low Deposit / No Deposit Car Hire

Keeping up with a budget and sticking to it is, always something that travellers (experienced or otherwise) often keep in mind. The hardest part of this though is sticking with it. Once again, Indigo can help with this through a low deposit car hire that may be available from one of our suppliers. Going further, we may be able to provide a no deposit car hire, once again this is heavily subject to suppliers.

                Senior Driver Car Hire

Every qualified driver deserves the opportunity to rent a vehicle that’s suitable for them. Even if you’re over 75, we fortunately work with several suppliers who are happy to provide a senior driver car hire.

                Contact Us

Of course, though there may be some questions and concerns regarding what is possible and when we have been able to support other customers in this regard, feel free to contact us or send us an email at [email protected] and call us at +44 (0)113 880 0748.

                Car Hire Oslo Airport FAQs
How to hire a car without credit card?

Rent a car without a debit card is possible, our best answer is to just contact our reservations team we can for sure arrange a car hire if you only have a debit card. Worth noting the debit card does need to be in the drivers name.

How long will my deposit take to come back?

As soon as you return the car the security deposit is released / refunded at the car hire suppliers end, however it normally takes between 7-10 working days for the deposit to show in your account but the time really does just depend on how quickly your bank updates your account. The rental suppliers do not have any control on how long it takes.

                Can my car be delivered?

We only offer delivery and collection on 7 day plus rentals in selected parts of the UK, we do however offer a pick up service throughout the UK. This means you will be collected from your home address and taken to the nearest rental location to complete the handover of the car. This service is not available to book online, please reach out to our reservations team to request this service.

What ID do I need to collect my car?

When collecting the car local customers will need Drivers Licence, DVLA Share Code, 2 x Proofs of address and a payment card in the drivers name. For overseas customers (Inbound Customers), the driver will need to have Drivers Licence, DVLA Share code if on a UK Licence, Passport, Payment Card and return flight ticket. Some suppliers do not require any proofs of address as long as you pass a soft address check. If you have any questions relating to ID we advise to book over the phone with our team rather than online to ensure you have the correct ID.

Do I need to pass a credit check if using my debit card to hire?

If renting a car in the UK and you are a UK resident most of the large multinational suppliers will carry out an electronic address check to ensure you have strong enough links to the address provided. However most of the suppliers with the exception of 1 or 2, still carry out the same checks so not unique to when you need to hire via a debit card. Key indicator are if you are named on the Electoral Register and named on the council tax bill.

When renting a car overseas as an inbound client our suppliers do not carry out any checks.

Do I need to leave a deposit if hiring with a debit card?

Most suppliers do require a security deposit when renting a car, in the UK we have a range of options. The best value suppliers would request a £200.00 – £300.00 deposit. However we do have selected locations where our supplier does not require any deposit, so a full zero deposit.

In Europe we have options where you can just leave a fuel deposit of 110 EUR, and there is no mandatory requirement to take the Super Cover as this can be the case with some of the smaller budget suppliers.
