Helsinki Airport (Hel) or also referred to by its full name Helsinki-Vantaa Airport is the main international airport of the whole of Finland and fourth largest in the Nordic countries. The airport gets around 15 million passengers yearly and is located around 10 miles north of Helsinki, there are scheduled flights to and from all over the world including popular locations such as Heathrow, Madrid, Manchester, Berlin-Tegel and Palma de Mallorca.

Low Deposit Car Hire

Due to the suppliers at the airport we can’t offer our no deposit deal however we have managed to arrange the second best, car hire with a low deposit. We know that the flights, holiday, accommodation and just about everything else can really add up in price and the last thing you need to have is a massive deposit being held on your card for the duration of the rental period so we arrange this for you with one of our suppliers.

Debit Card Car Hire

Car hire without a credit card can be a real struggle to get a hold of now a day as majority of companies don’t accept any other form of payment. We have however managed to arrange a great deal with a company at Helsinki airport which will allow us to hire out our cars with a debit card given that they meet all of our restrictions that are in place.

Young Driver Car Hire

It’s unfortunate but if you are below the age of 25 then you will struggle to find a rental company that will hire a vehicle to you. However we have also managed to arrange a deal for you as well, the deal we have arranged means that young drivers from the age of 19 can hire a car given that they have held their licence for a year prior to picking the vehicle up. Free Additional Driver

Driving for long periods of time without having a break? that can be dangerous, why don’t you add an additional driver to the rental if you have a passenger that is also able to hire. When you book with Indigo we can add someone to the rental given that they meet the restrictions completely free of cost.

Unlimited Mileage Car Hire

On our rentals you don’t need to be concerned about going to many miles and being charged an extremely high amount extra. All you have to do is ask for us to put you with an unlimited mileage supplier in order to avoid any unexpected fees.

Dublin Airport car rental via Easirent

Very helpful staff, Good quality vehicle and a very easy to use process. Only very small criticism was finding the shuttle bus, a phone call is required to find out you need to go to Zone 18, there are signposts telling you the direction to Zone 18 but no actual signs showing where Zone 18 actually is, but even with this very small detail it was a relatively easy process start to finish

Do I need to pass a credit check if using my debit card to hire?

If renting a car in the UK and you are a UK resident most of the large multinational suppliers will carry out an electronic address check to ensure you have strong enough links to the address provided. However most of the suppliers with the exception of 1 or 2, still carry out the same checks so not unique to when you need to hire via a debit card. Key indicator are if you are named on the Electoral Register and named on the council tax bill.

When renting a car overseas as an inbound client our suppliers do not carry out any checks.

Do I need to leave a deposit if hiring with a debit card?

Most suppliers do require a security deposit when renting a car, in the UK we have a range of options. The best value suppliers would request a £200.00 – £300.00 deposit. However we do have selected locations where our supplier does not require any deposit, so a full zero deposit.

In Europe we have options where you can just leave a fuel deposit of 110 EUR, and there is no mandatory requirement to take the Super Cover as this can be the case with some of the smaller budget suppliers.
