Why Choose Indigo Car Hire?

The reason you should choose Indigo is because we enjoy a cheaper rate than if you went directly to a car rental supplier. The reason we get our discounts is because we pass a large amount of business to our suppliers so we get a discount. We also offer a pay on arrival function meaning we can freeze the price of the rental when you book and amend it easier if it drops any lower before you go to pick the car up.

Over the years we have managed to arrange several offers to help car rental be more available to a wider range of people. All our deals are targeted at making more people be able to hire a car and easier, we don’t want something so simple to ruin your holiday. Some of our best offers include…

Young Driver Car Rental

If you are under 25 you will find it extremely hard to find a car to rent as many people won’t accept you down to insurance. We can offer car rental to those who are 21 and over and have held their licence for a year prior to hiring with us. If you want more information on young driver car hire.

Debit Card Car Rental

Want to hire a car without having to use your credit card? We offer a solution, debit card car rental. This is available at selected locations with restrictions that are in place.

One Way Car Rental

Pick up your car in Texas and drop it off at another location? We can do that! Call or email us so we can find out if the location that you want to drop it off at to see if we will be able to help you, we can arrange this at a fantastic price.

Free Additional Driver

Driving for a long period of time? Got someone in the car with you that is eligible to drive? We will be able to help you. You may as well take us up on our additional driver offer because it’s absolutely free. If you want more information on free additional drivers then please call us or email us directly so we can immediately give you all the answers.

No Deposit Car Rental

A hefty deposit can be the cause of misery on a holiday. The deposit on car rental can be very high but luckily we can help, we offer a no deposit on the car. You do however have to pay a low deposit on fuel which you get back and it’s nowhere near the comparison of a deposit on the car. If you want more information on no deposit car hire then please call us directly or email us.

Car hire service

Service from both Matt and Sam was friendly and effective. Only issue was a car hire and details was arranged with Matt at 07h26 and he did not ff through and close the car hire. No confirmation quote was sent or payment made. He left me hanging and i was only able to secure the car with a later pm call with Sam.

Thank God for Indigo

The day before travelling to the UK from Australia I discovered I’d lost my wallet and my drivers license photo card with it. And oh my word yes it was a huge and insurmountable problem – no license, no car. Despite having rented a

Do I need to pass a credit check if using my debit card to hire?

If renting a car in the UK and you are a UK resident most of the large multinational suppliers will carry out an electronic address check to ensure you have strong enough links to the address provided. However most of the suppliers with the exception of 1 or 2, still carry out the same checks so not unique to when you need to hire via a debit card. Key indicator are if you are named on the Electoral Register and named on the council tax bill.

When renting a car overseas as an inbound client our suppliers do not carry out any checks.

Do I need to leave a deposit if hiring with a debit card?

Most suppliers do require a security deposit when renting a car, in the UK we have a range of options. The best value suppliers would request a £200.00 – £300.00 deposit. However we do have selected locations where our supplier does not require any deposit, so a full zero deposit.

In Europe we have options where you can just leave a fuel deposit of 110 EUR, and there is no mandatory requirement to take the Super Cover as this can be the case with some of the smaller budget suppliers.
