Heathrow Airport Automatic Car Hire
We often get people asking us whether we can supply automatic cars at Heathrow airport, particularly people from the Usa and Australia as they typically have a licence that means they can only drive automatic and not manual transmission cars.
The short answer is yes, we do have automatic vehicles available however they are usually lower on availability as there are less of them although there are a large amount of requests. Typically rental companies also because of the high demand charge more for automatic transmission vehicles compared to their manual counterpart. We can also offer both diesel and petrol models of automatics ranging from minis to luxury cars.
Automatic Vehicle Range
We have a wide range of vehicles to offer that have automatic transmission at a variety of different sizes but here are some example vehicles current available in the fleet at the moment, keep in mind this is not a comprehensive list!

Deals For Automatics
Our deals available on automatic car hires are the same as on manual cars again depending upon availability. Some of the best offers that we have at Heathrow for our automatic transmission cars include…
Debit Card Car Hire
Hiring a car without a credit card can be a nightmare, especially an automatic car! Don’t worry however we have managed to organise a deal for our customers that don’t have or just don’t want a credit card. The deal we have organised means that you can use your debit card to hire a car given that it meets our restrictions.
Young Driver Car Hire
With several young drivers having licences that only allow for automatics we felt this was a very important deal to strike. Typically rental companies only allowed people who were over the age of 25 to hire a car, we have however managed to arrange a deal which means young drivers from the age of 20 can hire from us given that they meet the restrictions in terms of driving experience.
Free Additional Driver Car Hire
If you are driving for long periods of time across the UK you may want to take a break as it can become tedious and tiring. If someone in the car with you is also eligible to hire the car and meets all the restrictions then you can add them to the rental completely free of cost, please follow this link if you want more information about free additional driver car hire.
Free One Way Car Hire
Want to pick up your car at Heathrow and drop it off at another location within the Uk? We can organise this for you absolutely free of cost all you have to do is let us know of your drop off location before you hire so that we can arrange one way car hire for you.
