Connor was great. I contacted Indigo on a Sunday afternoon as I could not find a car rental company to accept debit card payment. I needed the car the next day and he managed to have it all ready by our arrival in Bari.
This was an excellent experience. Given that we do not use credit cards we could only pay using debit card. I was searching over internet for companies willing to rent cars in Bari with debit cards but I could not find any. In my searches I found Indigo, I wrote them and they booked me rapidly. Connor was great during the process and everything went well. Important to mention that I needed the car on Monday afternoon and I made the contact on Sunday, so they were able to help me and everything was completed until morning.
