Collection Procedure
The Ideal Car Hire Stoke Newington office is located just off Kingsland Road in North London and is within close proximity to both Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction tube stations. Collecting your vehicle is very simple, when you have confirmed your reservation just make your way to the Stoke Newington office where the vehicle you have reserved will be waiting for you.
Ideal Car Hire also offer delivery and collection services within the M25 boundary and this is free of charge for all hires over 7 days. There are some criteria that you need to pass to qualify for delivery which we can discuss in more detail with you. If your rental is for less than 1 week then delivery and collection may still be possible but there will be a small fee of £10 each way.

Accepted Payments
A credit card in the drivers name is the only form of payment accepted by Ideal Car Hire, the card must be registered at the address on the drivers licence.
No suppliers in the UK accept cash but we do have some suppliers with locations around London who will allow our customers to pay with a debit card.
Age Restrictions
The upper age limit to hire from Ideal is 70 years old, which is quite common in the UK but if you are older than this, don’t worry because we can arrange senior driver car hire through other suppliers up to the age of 99.
The minimum age limit with Ideal Car Hire is 22 years old which is younger than most other suppliers, but please be aware; if you are under 25 then you will have to pay a young driver surcharge of £12 per day. This is quite low compared to come other suppliers, but if you are younger than 25 please contact us directly before making a car hire booking as we may be able to supply young driver car hire without a surcharge depending on your location.
