I failed to book a complicated itinerary myself on the Internet, and was hugely relieved to be able to feed our requirements to Indigo who explained the difficulties and then for us achieved exactly what we wanted. Indigos personal contact by email has made all the difference to what was becoming a traumatic process.

Excellent and quick service.As we don’t use credit cards,everything was sorted over the sales chat enquiry line with the total price including the deposit for our debit card by a very polite and confident staff member.Things like this can be awkward when you do not have credit cards. Needed a debit card booking as I do not have credit card. Most suppliers will not accept debit card bookings and others that do are charging extortionate rates (I shopped around most suppliers, even local to my destination) Have now used Indigo a number of times and always been impressed with price, vehicle and the seamless service. I am a lone, female traveller and had never booked a car or driven abroad before now
