Customer care at point of car hire was superb. Regretfully, it was a stressful situation to pick up the car from the rental company due to some additional amount included at point of collection, which was never agreed with Indigo during the booking process. After over an hour, with the intervention of one of the Indigo’s Director, we eventually proceeded to pay the additional amount subject to the amount being refunded when the car is returned. The amount was eventually released back into my bank account.
