About Paddington Station
Also referred to as London Paddington the station is a central railway terminus whilst also being connected to the London Underground. There are several services that go to and from Paddington including to Reading, Bristol, Cardiff, Penzance, Hereford, Worcester and more making up around 34 million passengers a year. Opened on the 10th January 1863 and was the successor of the Great Western Railway, it also has an extremely popular dedicated Heathrow Express service which attracts many customers to the station.
