Here at Indigo we take a huge pride in our customer service and it’s one of our main goals and objectives. Giving good customer service is important to us as we feel it doesn’t take a tremendous amount of effort to be nice and courteous to our customers and it can make their day and there overall car rental a better and more positive experience which is always a great outcome.
